社会主义法治理念在检察工作中的深化与拓展——以检察文化建设为视角

社会主义法治理念是检察文化建设的根本指针,检察文化是社会主义法治理念的有效载体,两者互为依存,相互促进。社会主义法治理念在检察工作中深化与拓展的最终归宿是:符合社会主义法治理念核心要求的检察文化的形成。社会主义法治理念在检察工作中深化与拓展的基本路径是通过检察文化建设实现司法理念从宏观层面向微观层面的转化,即打击犯罪与保障人权相统一、程序正义与实体正义相统一、协作与监督相统一、法律效果与社会效果相统一、案件数量与案件质量相统一。     

Child labour measurement: Whom should we ask?

Funding decisions to support vulnerable children are tied to child labour statistics, hence the importance of an accurate measurement. The author analyses whether the type of respondent plays an important role in explaining variations in child labour statistics. Using data from two sites in Tanzania, the analysis shows that “whom we ask” matters considerably when estimating the prevalence of child labour. The results suggest that prevalence increases by approximately 35 to 65 per cent when using child self‐reports rather than proxy reports. This bias affects 14 to 31 per cent of the sample, depending on the indicator. Discrepancies decrease as the child ages and increase if proxy attitudes demonstrate opposition to child labour.     

Characteristics of Couples Who Attend Family Services Counselor Visits in Relationship Education

Case management services for low-income couples receiving relationship education have been required by federal funding agencies. Studies examining relationship education outcomes for low-income couples have yet to address participant characteristics of those who attend case management services (e.g., distressed vs. nondistressed). Thus, this study examined the influence of baseline relationship satisfaction and demographics on attendance at case management visits for 2,628 low-income, partnered participants who attended relationship education. Findings indicated that participants who reported higher baseline relationship distress attended more family services counselor (FSC) visits. However, when we added demographics to the model, relationship distress no longer predicted FSC visits, whereas income served as a predictor for men and women, with those reporting greater monthly income attending more FSC visits.     

生物信息数据库资源及其应用

伴随着生物信息学的发展,生物信息数据库日趋完善。生物信息学数据库具有高度网络化,可以实现个人计算机平台上的自由访问,而且大部分数据免费获得等优点。为了充分利用生物信息数据库资源,提出了生物信息数据库在序列比对与电子克隆、蛋白质结构比对与预测、分子进化和比较基因组学研究、基于结构的药物设计等方面的应用策略,以期为我国学者提供免费的生物信息数据库资源,为生命科学各领域的研究构建信息平台。     

Supportive Housing for Addicted,Incarcerated Homeless Adults

ABSTRACT

Homeless populations often suffer from mental illness, substance abuse, and criminality. Interventions, such as supportive housing, can have positive impacts, although benefits can be limited. This study examined outcomes for clients (N = 102) of a new supportive housing intervention. Use of formal treatment, jail contact, and community stability were compared pre- and post-housing. Jail bookings and residential substance abuse treatment significantly declined post-housing, while clients improved in income level, access to food, and housing stability. Results from official justice and treatment system data suggest that supportive housing can lead to significant changes. Future research is necessary to understand the relationship between client characteristics and outcomes.     

Effective eProcurement implementation process

As eProcurement is gaining popularity in business practice, researchers as well as practitioners have addressed the need of defining a proper eProcurement implementation strategy. This article aims to build an eProcurement implementation framework, which considers the main variables that have an impact on the eProcurement success and the links among them. The goal is to identify the main decisions that companies should take during the three principal phases of the eProcurement adoption (pre-implementation; implementation and post-implementation). Six case studies at different levels of eProcurement adoption have been used to identify the peculiarities of each phase of the process and to provide contingent guidelines.     

多媒体案例教学在市场营销学教学中的应用

从科学分组、具体应用、如何合理评价学生三方面进行研究突破，提出与以往完全不同的多媒体案例教学模式。这种方法不仅能使学生充分掌握市场营销理论知识，而且对目前很多高校应用型人才的培养起到了非常重要的作用。     

数字货币时代的商业模式讨论--基于双案例的比较研究

本文运用对比案例分析法,选取Steemit论坛和知乎论坛作为分析对象,探究了使用数字货币与否对同一行业组织的商业模式及其创新有什么影响。本文以商业模式画布为蓝本,通过对比数字货币背景下商业模式在价值主张、价值创造、价值传递、价值网络和价值实现五个方面的差异,探究数字货币时代下商业模式的创新影响,以及商业模式不同价值元素间新的构成秩序。本研究分析了选取案例商业模式中的不同对应元素,并给出了以下三个针对数字货币和商业模式的新命题:第一,数字货币在价值创造过程中联结利益主体;第二,数字货币起到了模糊价值网络边界的作用,从而促进构成新的治理模式;第三,使用数字货币可以在价值实现过程中完成利润重新分配。最后,文章认为数字货币情景下商业模式中不同价值元素的交互关系,呈现出以客户关系为核心的共同价值创造和共同价值实现的新秩序。     

涉法涉诉信访案件终结的效力及其适用?

涉法涉诉信访案件终结可分为自愿性终结信访程序和强制性终结信访程序两种。涉法涉诉信访案件终结的效力,就是接处信访案件的有关国家机关依照法定条件和程序作出信访案件终结结论后所产生的法律后果。信访案件终结的效力有,消灭涉法涉诉信访实体法律关系的效力;消灭涉法涉诉信访案件职能部门接处信访案件的职权和职责的效力;消灭涉法涉诉案件信访行为合法性效力;引起行政处罚法律关系产生的效力;引起刑事法律关系产生的效力。适用信访案件终结效力制度应注意,处理实体性信访诉求应该坚持法治原则,区分困难照顾、帮扶、救济与法律责任的关系;严格执行信访案件终结制度;注意区分依法行使信访权和违法信访性质的不同;注意合法信访与维稳之间的关系;严格依法惩处违法信访行为。     

Bayesian estimation and influence diagnostics of generalized partially linear mixed-effects models for longitudinal data

This paper develops a Bayesian approach to obtain the joint estimates of unknown parameters, nonparametric functions and random effects in generalized partially linear mixed models (GPLMMs), and presents three case deletion influence measures to identify influential observations based on the φ-divergence, Cook's posterior mean distance and Cook's posterior mode distance of parameters. Fisher's iterative scoring algorithm is developed to evaluate the posterior modes of parameters in GPLMMs. The first-order approximation to Cook's posterior mode distance is presented. The computationally feasible formulae for the φ-divergence diagnostic and Cook's posterior mean distance are given. Several simulation studies and an example are presented to illustrate our proposed methodologies.
